My last mini session of the year was for one of the attorneys that I work with at my 9-5 job. Jeff and Jen are some of the nicest people you will ever meet so I was not surprised when 2 year old Henry greeted me at the door and introduced me to the family dog. (Technically he may have just said "dog!" but I'm pretty sure I'm part of the family now.)

Henry led me upstairs to their family room which was the perfect place for a holiday mini session. Floor to ceiling windows with a huge stone fireplace and the perfect 70's modern decor. Jeff has put a lot of time into renovating their home, including refinishing some really cool vintage furniture pieces (some of which he picked up from the side of the road!). I was tempted to get some shots of the house just for my own decorating inspiration but I composed myself and started hanging out with Henry. He was ready to keep me busy by showing me all of his trucks and trains. Their newest addition, Amelia is all cheeks (is there any better way to be?) and was such a doll. I started snapping away and well, the rest is in the photos.
